Shipping and Delivery
As a rule, our shipments (except for small parts) are always sent as a parcel. This form of shipment includes transport insurance, which is already covered by the transportation costs.
We have been shipping our tubes worldwide for almost 30 years. The number of damaged parcels is less than 1%, which we are very proud of.
Our partners are GLS and the freight forwarder Transland.
We are constantly striving to convert our packaging more and more environmentally conscious to paper. For example, we now use a lot of paper as a filler and our delivery note envelopes have been converted to parchment. We recycle via the Green Dot, so you can easily dispose of our packaging in the paper garbage can.
