The track transition piece is essential for seamlessly connecting your Train-Safe Basic display cases or Train-Safe Travelite storage box to your model train layout. This specially designed transition piece is the perfect solution to stylishly and effortlessly guide your model trains into their protective environment without having to uncouple them.
Thanks to the precisely milled track grooves, the track transition piece allows your trains to slide smoothly into the display case or storage box. The differences in height between the rail and the groove depth of the display case are overcome by the special milled track grooves. This allows your valuable models to be put to their resting position without interruption and with the utmost care, simplifying the handling and presentation of your collection.
The track transition piece is compatible with almost any standard track system with or without bedding. It is simply mounted “bluntly” in front of open end track and the connection to the display case or storage box can be established.
Good to know: If you are also using a Train-Safe Vision system with track connector you can also attach the track transition piece to the track adapter thanks to precisely fitting milled grooves. This means you don't need any additional open end track and you don't have to remove the track connector.
